Estate Planning Attorney
Attorney Eric Kallio holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, a B.S. in Aeronautical Science, an M.A.S. in Aviation Management, and a law degree from Southern University Law School, where he graduated with honors and earned a tax law certificate. He also completed graduate studies in estate planning and elder law. As the founder of Kallio Law, Eric specializes in estate planning, business law, tax law, aviation law, and veterans benefits. His diverse educational and professional background allows him to provide creative, resourceful solutions to his clients’ legal needs.
Eric served nearly 23 years in the Army, rising to Chief Warrant Officer 4, and completed flight training and several deployments, including assisting in disaster response after Hurricane Katrina. His commitment to helping others extends beyond his legal work—he volunteers his time for community initiatives and offers pro bono legal aid to veterans and the underprivileged. Outside of the office, Eric is an avid pilot, having built his own plane and traveled extensively, and a passionate scuba diver. He enjoys spending time with his family and continues to give back through volunteer work, including flying rescued animals to their adoptive families.
